Why don’t I received a fax that someone sent me?

There may be several reasons why you do not receive your fax messages:

– The mail that we sent you with the fax attached was blocked by your spam filters. Some servers block email and can automatically send emails directly to a folder for unwanted messages or spam. In this case, you must open the folder “spam”, click on the mail and set it as a “non-spam message.” Your next fax will arrive directly to your inbox.

In some cases it’s the domain server that directly blocks emails considered suspicious, and you must, in this case contact your domain administrator.

– Your mail provider is not available temporarily. The mail server of your provider may have a problem sending the attached document. Your provider can block the email temporarily. If you do not receive it we can always send you another copy.

– The fax was sent to a wrong fax number. The most common source of error is the use of a wrong fax number. Please kindly contact the sender to verify that he has the correct fax number.

 

I sent a fax and received the receipt correctly, but the recipient said he received nothing. What should I do?

When our system sends you a receipt of correct transmission it is because the destination fax has acknowledged the right reception of the fax. You can be sure that the fax has arrived on the destination fax. Ask him to check the paper, toner or the memory of the fax machine because the transmission was completed.

 

I sent a fax but I did not receive the receipt

Please check first that you have followed the process of sending faxes correctly.

I don’t receive the whole fax

With any fax system, both traditional and Internet, the transmission process is complex and many factors may affect the transmission, from crackling on the line to incompatibility between fax machines or more frequent problems with the conversion of analogue lines to digital lines. These problems can happen from time to time, and the best solution is to ask the sender to resend the fax.
